Anyone employed by, working for, or on behalf of RHADENG anywhere in the world is bound by this policy.

Definition of corruption

Corruption consists of:

Directly or indirectly something of value in return for incitement to act inappropriately, illegally and unethically.

Corruption as defined in this policy includes bribery, extortion or solicitation, influence peddling or laundering of the fruits of this practice.

Politics

Employees, including contractors, should never promise, offer or pay any benefits. 

They should never demand or accept bribes. 

No RHADENG employee will be the victim of any sanction whatsoever for refusing to pay or receive bribes even if such refusal may result in a loss of transaction for RHADENG.
